My Bio
Greetings, fellow surfers of the world wide web!

Since no one reads this anyway, I think it is safe to say that I come from an alternate dimension where dragons are as common as birds and when the ocean speaks, we listen. The Singing Rocks are a common attraction, and the Autumnal Dance of Gryphons can be seen on the mountaintops. Also, the forests and filled with Fae, every sort and kind and breed you can imagine, as well as those you cannot. I am proud to say that I am part of the Trans-Racial Alliance which mediates between the various species the dwell there. And no, I am not allowed to disclose of the particular coordinates nor the name of my realm of origin lest some with unkindly intentions seeks to find it.

Best regards,
a fellow artist and deviant

(a list of rules I want to follow) I didn't feel like posting this to facebook but wanted to stick this out there: Guidance to Living Free:    1.     Trust God. Pray.    2.     Be myself, all the time. It's okay to take time to think. It's okay to not be right. It's okay not to know the answer. But it's not okay to lie or be dishonest with myself (been there, done that).      3.     Be bold and courageous. Be inspirational. Be inspired.    4.     Do all the good that I can. Do no harm if at all possible.    5.     Be kind; you never know when someone might need it.    6.     Love others as yourself. Love God will everything I&#82

Pen Name Help

0 min read
OK, so I'm messing around with the idea of a pen name for myself. Clearly, I'm no good at coming up with non-cliche/non-cheesy name so I'll put it up to the public polls. Here are the names I've narrowed down to: Isla V. Foxx Cilene Rivercross Westin Hawkes Isla White Eva Winters Viola Laurine Laura Crown If you'd choose one you like the most and the least, that would be a BIG help! THANKS :)

just finished the story; it was really, really, really good!! and is an awful lot to think about too...

i feel like even though afterwards the author said it was about doing good deeds resulting in goodness, somehow the story doesn't quite feel like that.
I know! Twas so interesting...

Yeah, I know what you mean. I still liked the story and how it played out though. ^u^
like i'm still not exactly sure what to think.... hahaha still a fantastic story, though
I think it was talking about the attitudes of both brothers. Like, look what the older one ended up doing because he thought that the supernatural being was innately evil and couldn't be changed. I think that it talks about our attitudes towards those labelled as "evil" or "bad." It could be talking about stigmatized people or social constructions, but depending on how you treat them, the same will happen to you. For example, the older brother's suspicious and unaccepting attitude towards the fallen angel made him into a hard and callous person at the end of his life. So I found that the moral was don't keep seeing things as never-changing black and white and try to make the best out of every situation, try to change things for the better or use all that you have to do good. I don't know if that's what the author was really thinking, that's just my take on the story!! Does that help? :)
